AGREE!!! LMT here: I have experienced a direct correlation between the CSF & the fascia. I’ve studied, practiced, and received CST & fascial work. I had the privilege of studying Anatomy Trains with Tom Myers & one of his trained instructors. I’ve practiced Kundalini yoga & taken a handful of Kundalini Tantric yoga workshops, & can pump my CSF voluntarily without yoga. I’m beyond blessed to have been treated by 3 phenomenal DOs. Unfortunately, I’m not a DO, MD, or DMD, because I would love to study Sutherland’s method. My current DO practices Sutherland.

@humangarage My now completely blind Aunt has chronic anxiety and acid reflux. I'm sure much of it has to do with her lack of peripheral vision and her body's defensive clenching reflex. She can manage most of your fascia exercises except this one. I'm wondering if you think an auditory peripheral target like a rattle or snapping might also work, if she moves her eyes only towards the sound. She does still have muscular control of her eyes because her blindness is due to macular degeneration that started during her 30's. I *look forward to your reply. 😉 Lisa #punintended
